We are looking for a high energy Operations and Claims Analyst (internship). She/he would work with the Operations and Client Management team and in collaboration with various stakeholders such as external claims handler partners and Tech teams, on a variety of exciting topics such as:
Support new client implementation – Support the team during new Insurance product digital implementations including:
Define business requirements for the Indeez online platform and Support team management and handle product testing in close collaboration with Indeez tech team
Define communication and reporting materials
Coordinate translations
Track project progress
Monitor live accounts and program performance:
Generate reporting for clients and internal management
Proactively analyse and report on key indicators related to program performance and provide business recommendations for better performance and efficiency
In charge of Claims triage and customer support – providing a smooth online experience to our customers and stakeholders throughout the claims process is fundamental for Indeez. You would therefore be instrumental in offering a reactive and quality service to our partners and end users:
Handling the claim triage before passing the claim to our claim handler partners, including answering customers/claimants’ requests by email and keeping track of these requests
Cooperating with third party claim administrators and insurers
Helping in building the claims function and processes
Moving at a fast pace in a flat organization. You’ll work autonomously with close support from the Leadership Team. We believe that the best idea wins, no matter who brings it in!

Background and experience
Top tier schools and universities, including Grandes Écoles d’Ingénieurs and Grandes Ecoles de Commerce
You would ideally have experience clearing demonstrating analytical, reporting and research abilities (e.g. consulting, strategy, or other). Past experience in fintech and insurtech would be a plus.
Previous experience demonstrating a roll-up-sleeve mindset (e.g. associations, entrepreneurship, or similar)

Compensation: you will be offered a monthly compensation including restaurant tickets and 50% of your travel pass.
Duration: 6 months minimum starting January 2022
